Hi.  I bet you all were wondering if I would ever make posts again that weren’t spamming my sites.  In a way, it’s all self-promotion, so can you blame me?  But I promise, I will try to get back to my old blogging ways.  I do know, however, it won’t be consistent updates.  I wish I had more time.

So what’s going on in Abbie’s life?? First and foremost, I’m getting ready to move.  The lease is up in this small ass place.  Originally, I hadn’t planned on having someone else staying with me this past year, but we added an additional person to our home this year a bit unexpectedly.  So I have long been planning over the past few months to find a new place…a house.  So finalllly after what seemed like a very long search, we found a house we liked and then had to wait through the whole process and finally accepted.  So now the real fun begins as I pack and do all that fun stuff associated with moving.  Once we get moved I’ll post some photos of the new place.  It’s on a small lake / pond and has a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier.  It’s in a much better neighborhood for the spawn.  I put together a wishlist (finally) for some new things for the new house.  Shopping rules!

And of course, this move has to occur right when we are getting ready to launch OHC2.0 … yes, I’ve been talking about it for awhile.  People want to know when this big event is happening.  We never gave a specific date for this very reason.  We don’t want to promise dates and then have the inevitable delays that come with projects this big, but I will say we are VERY VERY close to releasing stage 1 of OHC2.0.  Yes, there will be a few stages to this.  Stage 1 = all new cam software, cam features, cam tools, etc.  Stage 2 = all new community tools (new forums, user blogs, etc).  Stage 3 = all new OnHerCamNetwork.com (complete redesign and goodies).  We have invested so much time, money, testing, retesting, researching and good ole hardwork into this project.  I’m thrilled but also as impatient as all of you.  But if you are going to do something this big, you better do it right.

Most of you already know about our new puppy, Pixel.  She’s a teacup chihuahua.  She’s a lil over 3 months old now and truly has been a wonderful addition to our family.  Our minpin, who was a complete bitch to her early on, now treats her like a mom.  Pixel has so much personality that even the cats adore her too.

So that being said, I will try to post more real blogs.  I don’t ever want to be one of those “out of touch” types when it comes to users, friends, models, family, etc.  I just forget to stop and take a moment now and then to enjoy all the good things happening.  I may need a work intervention soon.
