So what’s going on in Abbie’s life?? First and foremost, I’m getting ready to move.  The lease is up in this small ass place.  Originally, I hadn’t planned on having someone else staying with me this past year, but we added an additional person to our home this year a bit unexpectedly.  So I have long been planning over the past few months to find a new place…a house.  So finalllly after what seemed like a very long search, we found a house we liked and then had to wait through the whole process and finally accepted.  So now the real fun begins as I pack and do all that fun stuff associated with moving.  Once we get moved I’ll post some photos of the new place.  It’s on a small lake / pond and has a beautiful view of Mt. Rainier.  It’s in a much better neighborhood for the spawn.  I put together a wishlist (finally) for some new things for the new house.  Shopping rules!

And of course, this move has to occur right when we are getting ready to launch OHC2.0 … yes, I’ve been talking about it for awhile.  People want to know when this big event is happening.  We never gave a specific date for this very reason.  We don’t want to promise dates and then have the inevitable delays that come with projects this big, but I will say we are VERY VERY close to releasing stage 1 of OHC2.0.  Yes, there will be a few stages to this.  Stage 1 = all new cam software, cam features, cam tools, etc.  Stage 2 = all new community tools (new forums, user blogs, etc).  Stage 3 = all new OnHerCamNetwork.com (complete redesign and goodies).  We have invested so much time, money, testing, retesting, researching and good ole hardwork into this project.  I’m thrilled but also as impatient as all of you.  But if you are going to do something this big, you better do it right.

Most of you already know about our new puppy, Pixel.  She’s a teacup chihuahua.  She’s a lil over 3 months old now and truly has been a wonderful addition to our family.  Our minpin, who was a complete bitch to her early on, now treats her like a mom.  Pixel has so much personality that even the cats adore her too.

So that being said, I will try to post more real blogs.  I don’t ever want to be one of those “out of touch” types when it comes to users, friends, models, family, etc.  I just forget to stop and take a moment now and then to enjoy all the good things happening.  I may need a work intervention soon.

Needless to say, we were upset by the situation and immediately began to investigate the matter as we do in all instances of theft of our content.  Upon doing some investigation, we found that KinkyGFs was owned by a program called SickBucks.  So then I noticed on their 2257 Information Page (this is where websites are required to state they have proof of the model’s age and ID as per the law in the USA).   After doing a little digging after noticing some things on their 2257 info page, I figured out that SickBucks was somehow tied to DangerousDolls (an alt model site similar to GodsGirls but not nearly as awesome). 

I already had a small beef with DangerousDolls already as they were actively pursuing models from OHC / GG.  Not a huge deal, but it only goes to show what kinda people we were dealing with.

So then I contact Evelyn on messenger and explain to her the situation with her pics being on this site and this site being tied to DangerousDolls.  I had learned that she used some of these images on their website on her profile there.  However, after reading their contract, I saw that they claimed they won’t use model’s images anyplace but DangerousDolls.  But the fact remains, DangerousDolls was still the ONLY common tie between SickBucks and KinkyGFs.

So then "Dragon" (owner of DangerousDolls) contacted Evelyn via DangerousDolls message system.  He acknowledged that SickBucks did work with them and it was all a mistake blah blah.  He then also offered to pay Evelyn $100 via paypal for her "trouble".  Call me a bitch, but if someone I trusted with my image allowed it to go up on some sleezy site with cum photoshopped on to it, it’ll take a hell of a lot more than $100 to make things right. Evelyn simply replied with "I don’t want your money, remove my profile."

This image had been up for awhile too…contrary to the "one day" as they have told some people.  It was initially reported to us the first week of April and was not removed until April 21st.  God knows how long it was up before I stepped in.  And who cares, it NEVER should have been up to begin with.

Anyway, back to our story.  To add more lies to the pot, Evelyn had only received earlier that day and email from the DangerousDolls model coordinator about having to sign a SickBucks release or she won’t get paid, etc.  So this made things REALLY interesting.  Why sign a SickBucks release if DangerousDolls was still run under PunkBucks?  fishy fishy.  And to tell models they won’t get paid until they sign this LEGAL DOCUMENT … I’m sure that’s some form of extortion. 

I posted about all this craziness on an adult webmaster forum.  "Dragon" proceeded to say "Abbie, you’re clueless"….and some other idiot named "Varius" only attempted to divert attention away from the situation by trashing on GodsGirls (hello! they have NOTHING to do with this). 

So then I am contacted on ICQ by the SickBucks Owner, Jim.  Here are a few interesting things he had to offer the situation:

JIM: well…..we do now own 50% of DD and the models have been doing some content for us
(sure "some" models may have but SEVERAL had no clue and their pics were on KinkyGFs too).
ABBIE: how long have you owned ddolls?
JIM: ….i allowed DK (aka Dragon) to do this as there was a prior relationship with the girls and i wanted to offer them the opp to make some $$
JIM: we have been in negotiations for over a month…..final contracts are just getting done….but i am beginning to wonder
JIM: but we took ownership a while ago
JIM: just seems like a mess atm…..i am not so sure it was represented properly
ABBIE: we knew he was trouble because he was blatantly hitting and targeting our models
ABBIE: now this
JIM: gotcha…well this is shedding some light on things for our side for sure

Anyway, it also turns out SickBucks also has problems paying out their affiliates too as per several adult webmaster forums I belong to.  Shady people all around but they did at least confirm their ownership of DangerousDolls.
The pics were removed but by then the damage has been far done by DangerousDolls and SickBucks/KinkyGFs. 

So then last week a story breaks on Xbiz:

A federal lawsuit charges the operators of ExposedExGFS.com and KinkyGFS.com with republishing child porn images that were poached from an online message board.

The plaintiff, named a Jane Doe in the suit because she was 15 at the time she was photographed in numerous sexual poses, claims the commercial adult websites republished the photos after they were widely trafficked on online message board 4chan.org.

Needless to say, I am not one bit surprised, especially with SickBucks claims of being 100% 2257 compliant and knowing full well from my own experience that they are not.

To make things even better, the people over at AltPorn.net ran a story not only about what happened to Evelyn, but also about this child porn suit.  However, after a long thread on their forums and threats of lawsuits by DangerousDolls, they have since removed that story … guess DangerousDolls is panicking and a little afraid of the truth coming out?  Who knows.  I would love for them to offer "their side" of the story here.  I am not removing anything and I’m not afraid to speak up on the matter.  People like this need to be called out on their bullshit.

There is another chapter emerging on this story that I cannot get into yet.  When the time is right, I’ll be happy to.  But until then, I want this to serve as a warning NOT ONLY TO MODELS but to anyone who posts their pics on forums, facebook, myspace, or anywhere on the internet that this is the kind of stuff that can happen to your image.

Models, when you sign ANY contract with ANY website or photographer, protect yourselves!!! Make sure the releases and contracts specify exactly how and where your images will be used.  Even if you think you are dealing with "really nice people" or "reputable webmasters or photographers".  Take care of you, because no one else will.  This is a sad and shady business.
